Catering
Any caterer working in the Mount Clare Stable must be approved by Mount Clare Museum House and licensed in the State of Maryland. The Mount Clare Stable only allows licensed caterers who provide a certificate of insurance to work on Museum grounds. The caterer must also provide Mount Clare a kitchen fee of $500 per event per caterer. The caterer is required to leave the building and ground in the same condition as found. All function tables and chairs must be cleaned and put away by renter or caterer at the end of each event.
If liquor is to be served, you or the caterer must obtain any necessary permits and must also provide acceptable liquor liability insurance. This is a case by case depending on the type of event.
Handicap Parking is available in designated area at front entrance.

– Twelve 6ft. Rectangular Tables
– Four 5ft. Round Tables
– One-hundred Chairs
In addition, a podium with microphone, drop down screen, VCR, and Power Point projector are available for your meeting needs. Internet service is not currently available.
Any additional equipment needed must be supplied by the renter.
